1. Controller
ТОО «Эраунд Групп» (Around Group LLP), BIN 221240015518, Казахстан, г. Алматы, Алмалинский район, ул. Макатаева, д. 117, 050000, processes personal data of users of btl.aroundgroupp.com and the Telegram bot @ABGSaleBot under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On Personal Data and Their Protection”.
2. Data we process
Name, position, company, website, phone, email, Telegram username, quiz answers and message; traffic source (UTM, ad click IDs), pages, device and browser type, language, hashed IP address, cookies and analytics data.
3. Purposes
Contacting you on request, preparing proposals, sending requested materials, concluding and performing contracts, analysing site and ad performance, spam protection.
4. Retention and storage
Data is kept until the purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 3 years after the last contact. Data is stored in a database located in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. Processors and cross-border transfer
We use hosting, Cloudflare, Google, Telegram and analytics providers acting on our instructions; some of them store data outside Kazakhstan. By giving consent you agree to such cross-border transfer.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct, delete your data or withdraw consent by writing to sales@aroundgroupp.com.
